πŸŽ„This is your programme you can workout as much as you want but I would recommend 3/4 times per week.

πŸŽ„Initially no equipment is needed but if you want to also use the equipment section then I would recommend a kettlebell weight to keep you going

I have some fantastic recipes in the meal plan, all easy to cook, all family friendly. The idea of the meal plan is for me to show you how not to over complicate things when it comes to meals. Sticking to something that is sustainable and realistic is the key to success.
